Initial consultation via telephone, zoom, or email. There is no commitment to treatment, we are just exploring possibilities.

Online individual session
Session completed via Zoom platform.
45-50 minutes long.

Face-to-face individual session
Session in a safe space in Paignton, Newton Abbot or Exeter.
45-50 minutes long.

Payment Information
Payment for your session is required by the day of the scheduled session via BACS.
I currently accept Aviva Insurance clients. They will provide you with the information you require at the start of your course of therapy. Please let me know if you will be paying through insurance before attending for your first session.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a session then please let me know at least 48 hours in advance and there will be no charge. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. If you fail to attend an arranged appointment without letting me know then you will be charged the full rate.
